This iteration expresses the auditorium being part of the public
character of the building. Carving underground to allow a double height
space and yet maintain the building height set.
It is a great idea to think of the auditorium as part of the existing landscape. This section though is still a bit awkward. The sloped lines of the auditorium area are not yet integrated to the overall as they feel few and incoherent to the other slabs. You should see these diagonal lines as a system.
I was expecting to see the suspension system you introduced both in your physical model and your Rhino sketches expressed also in this section but you are not there yet.
I am not so sure that the location of shops in the upper part of the building is successful. What kind of shops are they? I would expect them to be located next to the lobby and the entrance level so they could also work independently.
